Li-Fraumeni Syndrome
Metachronous presentation of soft-tissue sarcoma, heart sarcoma and gastric cancer
Abstract
Li-Fraumeni syndrome is an autosomal hereditary dominant disorder with cancer predisposition, it´s associated with abnormalities in the tumor protein p53 (TP53) gene, which is manifested by a wide range of malignancies that appear at an early age. We present a case of a young adult with this diagnosis, and we described the therapeutic perspectives that are in research.
